Wellness Associate + Key Holder
Full-time (40 hours)
We are closed Sundays and all major holidays.

We're looking for a WELLNESS ASSOCIATE & KEY HOLDER. We want someone who dreams of making a positive impact in the lives of others. Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-centric.
We’re a small team with big dreams, so we need someone who thrives in an all-hands-on-deck environment and who is eager to grow along with the business.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Creating a world-class customer experience
We know all of our patients and customers by name. We anticipate their needs. We create a space that exudes health. Going above-and-beyond is our default.
You will support store operations by serving as a steward of the ultimate customer experience including: greeting each guest as they walk in the door, working the retail floor and point-of-sale, taking phone calls, assisting with appointment scheduling, being fully versed in all of our products and services, making product and service recommendations, assisting with exterior and interior upkeep of our space, assisting with tracking/organization of inventory, and helping with store opening/closing procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A passion for health and wellness
Full mastery of English (spoken and written)
Verbal proficiency in Spanish preferred
Point-of-sale experience a big plus
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (email and calendars) and web navigation
Ability to lift 20lbs and stand for long periods of time
